Job Description

C-Suite Executive Search, a division of RBNC's CXO Search & Interim Services, is dedicated to recruiting top-tier professionals for positions with a minimum annual base salary of USD 250,000 at the global, regional, and local levels.

Our client, a significant player within the top 5 global animal healthcare, pharmaceutical, and pet food industries, is expanding its team in Bangkok, Thailand and in charge of the APAC market. The organization operates three WHO GMP-certified manufacturing facilities in the United States and supplies products to a worldwide customer base. This role, reporting directly to the Global Executive Vice President of Business Development, offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary company representative within the APAC market, driving business development and growth for the Animal Healthcare and Pet Foods product lines.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the APAC regional office, ensuring effective coordination and support for marketing teams and distributor networks.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven, culturally sensitive marketing strategy for the APAC region, aligned with global corporate branding and product positioning.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve specific business objectives, including market share growth and brand awareness.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, providing comprehensive support to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand market coverage across the APAC region.

Qualifications

Experience

  • A minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in business development and general management, including corporate development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses or business units to achieve at least $50 million in revenue.
  • Extensive experience in direct channel sales and marketing.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.

  • Strong strategic and tactical execution capabilities.

  • Proficiency in complex contract negotiations.
