Job Description
C-Suite Executive Search, a division of RBNC's CXO Search & Interim Services, is dedicated to recruiting top-tier professionals for positions with a minimum annual base salary of USD 250,000 at the global, regional, and local levels.
Our Client is a Mobile & Infomedia company, seeking talented candidates for a position as Chief Operations Officer (COO), based in Vancouver, Canada; in charge of the Canadian market and supporting the CEO and Business Development Team in the Asia Pacific market.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee all company operations, including sales & marketing (B2C), finance, HR, network operations, customer service, and billing.
- Drive and execute an ambitious growth strategy, including evaluating and supporting potential acquisitions.
- Collaborate across all functional areas to implement strategic planning, operational leadership, and continuous process improvements.
- Lead the rapid development and deployment of new products and services.
- Ensure superior network reliability and exceptional customer service while optimizing costs and efficiency.
- Build and lead high-performing, motivated teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Develop leadership capabilities within the organization, nurturing talent across all levels preparing for Asia Pacific market
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data, Voice, and Video technologies.
- Proven track record in P&L management.
- 30+ years of experience in sales and marketing within Telecom, FMCG, or related industries, with at least 20+ years in senior-level P&L, business, or functional leadership roles.
- Telecom experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory affairs, telecom networking, provisioning, back-office systems, and business development for both enterprise and mass-market customers.
