Job Description
RBNC is a Global Business Advisory Firm. C-Suite Executive Search Service is one of our core business only focus on all positions with a base salary of at least USD250,000 per annum, operating at a global, regional or local level.
Our client is a top 5 leader in animal healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and pet food, operating three GMP WHO-certified factories in the United States that manufacture products for global distribution. This role is based in Toronto, ON, Canada, and reports directly to the Global Executive Vice President of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in Canada with a primary focus on Animal Healthcare and Pet Foods.
- Oversee office operations and provide support to the marketing team and distributor(s).
- Develop and implement an optimal marketing strategy for the corporation and its products in Canada, ensuring alignment with the Head Office.
- Execute the marketing plan to meet defined objectives effectively.
- Collaborate with distributor(s) to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
Qualifications
Experience
- Over 25 years of experience in marketing and general management, including corporate development.
- Proven track record of building businesses or business units generating at least $100 million in revenue.
- Extensive expertise in channel sales and marketing.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams.
