Job Description

C-Suite Executive Search, a division of RBNC's CXO Search & Interim Services, is dedicated to recruiting top-tier professionals for positions with a minimum annual base salary of USD 250,000 at the global, regional, and local levels.

Our client is a global conglomerate that manufactures chemicals in over 70 countries. They are in a growth phase and have acquired multiple companies to support this growth. They are currently looking for a Group Chief Financial Officer based in the London, England office to lead the global financial team

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Directing and managing the global finance team of over 50+ professionals, with 6 senior professionals reporting directly, while you will be reporting to the CEO
  • Business Development Support: Identifying and actively engaging with funding opportunities to facilitate new business ventures.
  • Financial Operations Support: Assisting the finance team in the preparation of:
    • Financial models.
    • Financial reporting.
    • Financial documentation for various business purposes.
  • Negotiation Participation: Actively participating in negotiation processes.
  • Financial Stability and Compliance:
    • Ensuring the adequacy of the company's cash flow.
    • Ensuring strict adherence to compliance regulations.
    • Ensuring adherence to established accounting processes.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Facilitating global acquisitions and mergers.
  • Process Optimization: Streamlining finance processes to create a fast and adaptive operational framework.

Qualifications

  • Professional Background: Must have served as a Chief Accountant.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 25 years of experience spearheading the finance function specifically within the manufacturing industry.
  • International Experience: Must possess significant international exposure.
  • Specialized Expertise: In-depth exposure in the following areas is essential:
    • Fundraising.
    • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
    • Taxation.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Strong leadership abilities.
