Job Description

C-Suite Executive Search, a division of RBNC's CXO Search & Interim Services, is dedicated to recruiting top-tier professionals for positions with a minimum annual base salary of USD 250,000 at the global, regional, and local levels.

Our client is a leading global Mobile Performance Company dedicated to maximizing the value exchange between advertisers and publishers in the high-growth mobile ecosystem. Specializing in mobile product promotion and audience monetization, the firm operates with a dynamic, data-driven approach.

Headquartered in Luxembourg, the company maintains a significant international footprint with established offices across Europe, the UK, Asia Pacific, and the USA. We are seeking a visionary, results-driven C-Suite executive to take the helm of our critical US operations. This position will be based in New York City and report to the Global CEO.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of USA Operations will be the ultimate leader responsible for establishing, scaling, and driving the success of the company's entire US presence. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset blended with deep corporate experience, tasked with aggressive revenue growth, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and team development, ultimately solidifying our client’s position as a market leader in North America.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Development

  • USA Operations Launch & Scaling: Spearhead the comprehensive strategy and execution plan for launching and rapidly scaling the company's US operations, ensuring seamless integration with global standards and infrastructure.
  • Aggressive Revenue Generation: Establish and execute high-impact strategies to significantly drive and exceed annual revenue targets, focusing on securing major advertising accounts and high-value publisher partnerships.
  • M&A and Growth Strategy: Actively scan the market for strategic acquisition opportunities and new avenues for organic and inorganic growth that will accelerate market penetration and competitive advantage in the US.
  • Innovation Management: Champion a culture of product and service innovation, ensuring the US division remains at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, data science, and performance metrics.

2. Commercial & Partnership Management

  • Mobile Carrier Relationship Management: Leverage existing, strong C-level relationships with major US Mobile Carriers to forge and manage strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships that drive unique distribution and revenue streams.
  • Key Advertiser and Publisher Relationship Oversight: Personally manage and nurture relationships with the company’s most strategic advertisers and large-scale mobile publishers, serving as the ultimate executive sponsor and ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

3. Organizational & People Leadership

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multi-functional team spanning Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
  • Culture & Performance Management: Cultivate a results-oriented, collaborative, and inclusive culture aligned with the company’s global values, ensuring high accountability and professional development across all levels.
  • Cross-Functional Project Execution: Drive complex, cross-functional projects - both locally and globally - to successful completion, ensuring that US operations actively contribute to and benefit from global company initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or General Management, with a minimum of 10 years dedicated specifically to the mobile advertising and marketing industry (e.g., ad tech, mobile carriers, mobile performance networks).
  • Demonstrable and successful track record of driving revenue growth in excess of USD $1 Billion throughout their career, backed by verifiable results and executive leadership.
  • Must possess deep, established, and active C-level relationships within the US Mobile Carrier landscape (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).
  • Proven success in leading, developing, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams from inception to maturity.
