Job Description

As a key member of the APAC Executive Leadership Team, the CMO will be the primary architect of growth for our brand portfolio across the region. Representing one of the world’s leading US Personal Care companies, you will bridge global brand vision with local market nuances, driving P&L performance and digital transformation across diverse APAC territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate global brand imperatives into a cohesive APAC marketing roadmap that drives market share and long-term brand equity.
  • Direct the brand mix, pricing architecture, and product positioning for a multi-category portfolio, ensuring relevance from emerging markets to mature economies.
  • Assume joint accountability for regional P&L, optimizing marketing spend and ensuring high-impact resource allocation.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless "O2O" (Online-to-Offline) execution and world-class retail presence.
  • Oversee complex media planning and data-driven marketing initiatives to maximize ROI in a mobile-first regional landscape.
  • Build a future-ready marketing organization by mentoring top talent, spearheading succession planning, and fostering a culture of performance excellence.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (25+ years) leading marketing functions within a multinational FMCG or Personal Care environment.
  • A deep understanding of APAC consumer behaviors, including the nuances of the Greater China, SE Asia, and ANZ markets.
  • Proven ability to act as a cross-functional advisor, navigating complex matrix structures to align global headquarters with local execution.
  • A track record of driving digital transformation, social commerce, and sophisticated brand architecture.
  • A seasoned "leader of leaders" with a passion for developing C-minus-one talent and building high-performing, diverse teams.
