Job Description

C-Suite Executive Search, a division of RBNC's CXO Search & Interim Services, is dedicated to recruiting top-tier professionals for positions with a minimum annual base salary of USD 250,000 at the global, regional, and local levels.

Our client is a premier global leader in women’s healthcare, dedicated to innovation and improving health outcomes for women worldwide. We are seeking a visionary Senior Executive Vice President of Business Development to lead our growth strategies from our London hub.

This is a critical "Succession Seat." The successful candidate will not only drive the current commercial and expansion agenda but will be explicitly identified as the successor to the Regional President within a 3–5 year horizon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & M&A: Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships, licensing deals, and acquisitions to expand the Women's Healthcare portfolio across the region.
  • Commercial Leadership: Oversee the regional commercial strategy, ensuring alignment between business development initiatives and local market demands to drive revenue and market share.
  • Succession Readiness: Actively participate in executive leadership transition planning, taking on increasing operational and P&L responsibilities to prepare for the Regional President role.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between the UK/Regional operations and the US Corporate Headquarters, ensuring seamless global integration.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor the FMCG and Healthcare landscape for disruptive trends, competitor movements, and emerging regulatory shifts in the UK and European markets.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and ethical commercial practice.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 30 years of professional experience, with a significant portion spent at top-tier FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies. Experience at the intersection of consumer goods and healthcare is highly desirable.
  • Current Role: Currently hold a senior-level Commercial position (e.g., Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales/Marketing, or Business Development Head) with a proven track record of meeting aggressive growth targets.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think 5–10 years ahead, with the executive presence required to operate at the C-Suite level.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA from a leading business school is strongly preferred.
  • Location: Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, London, England.
