A leading Japanese family-owned conglomerate with a significant presence in Tokyo is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as a key advisor to the Regional Chief Executive Officer (RCEO) for North America. This pivotal role will be based in New York City and encompass oversight of a diverse portfolio of businesses within the Group's North American operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of business objectives by designing & implementing various programs and initiatives
- Analyze and present business data for accurate business decision-making
- Develop a quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and working methods. Establish rapport with key people in the organization and key vendors of the company
- Market forecasting & trend analysis
- Internal trend analysis business vertical-wise
- Understand growth and other business objectives of the company and run various programs and special projects to meet those objectives
- Monitor and report progress on these programs. Highlight risks, delays, and opportunities to Regional President
- Scheduling Functional Reviews and business performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual basis
- Lead and manage key business function interactions
- Ensure timely auctioning of points coming out of Business review meetings
- Governance of account listing as per emerging enterprise parameters
- Analysis of business cases and waivers falling under the region
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in Strategic Business Management and Analytics
- Must have an MBA/Post Graduation in Strategy or Analytical
- Earlier Roles handled Large account handling / Sales / Strategy & PMO / Business Analytics
