Based in Ho Chi Minh City with frequent international travel (primarily to the US and Canada), this pivotal role serves as the primary strategic liaison for the Group CEO. You will be responsible for harmonizing operations between the global headquarters and North American commercial teams, ensuring that the CEO’s vision is translated into measurable international success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO’s surrogate in reviewing, monitoring, and advising on the performance of all commercial and sales teams within the North American sector.
  • Provide mentorship and high-level oversight to five Senior Executive Assistants and various technical marketing teams across the US and Canada to ensure brand and operational alignment.
  • Evaluate and vet new initiatives and leads. Prioritize strategic opportunities that drive market expansion and long-term business growth.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the Vietnam-based leadership and local Executive Assistant teams in North America, bridging cultural and operational gaps.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 25 years of progressive experience supporting C-Suite executives (CEO or Chairman level) within a large-scale, multinational corporation.
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven ability to "decode" complex business strategies into operational workflows.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively to the US and Canada (valid travel documents required).
  • Experience in manufacturing, animal healthcare, or FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional command of English; ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
