We are seeking an elite, seasoned executive leader and strategic proxy to support the Board of Directors and Group COO. Based in Shanghai or operating remotely across the Asia-Pacific region, this senior C-level advisory role orchestrates high-stakes global business development projects, oversees large-scale multidisciplinary teams, and drives institutional succession planning for a premier bicoastal market expansion consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Advisory & Governance
- Partner directly with the Board of Directors and Group COO to execute critical corporate milestones, strategic initiatives, and organization-wide succession plans.
- Drive operational governance and provide high-level strategic counsel to ensure alignment across global expansion projects.
Strategic Project Leadership
Oversee and direct large, diverse, and cross-functional sales and marketing teams across complex global lifecycles, including:
- Comprehensive market research and feasibility studies.
- Research & development alongside applications research and support.
- End-to-end product development, marketing strategy, sales strategy, and physical distribution planning.
Performance & Operational Oversight
- Monitor project performance against aggressive KPIs, revenue targets, and quantitative metrics.
- Align regional execution with overarching corporate objectives to maximize market penetration from West to East Coast.
Qualifications
Experience
- Executive Tenure: 25+ years of distinguished professional experience within global business development, corporate strategy, or executive management.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven history of leading and scaling large, diverse, and high-performing sales and marketing organizations across international markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Commercial Mastery: Exceptional expertise in sales, business development strategy, and multi-channel market expansion.
- Analytical Acumen: Highly target- and numbers-oriented with a rigorous, data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
- Communication & Influence: Master communicator with stellar interpersonal skills capable of bridging executive boards, operational teams, and global stakeholders.
