Job Description

We are seeking an elite, finance-fluent Senior Executive Assistant and strategic proxy to support the Region CEO. Based in Vancouver with international travel across key Asian financial hubs, this high-level role bridges executive operations, sophisticated financial portfolio management, and investor relations, working in tandem with the local Executive Assistant team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Portfolio Management
- Partner with the Region CEO on asset allocation, trading strategies, equity management, and regional investment portfolio oversight.
- Analyze complex financial datasets to generate futuristic projections, strategic options, and data-backed executive recommendations.
Institutional Relations & Governance
- Serve as a key representative interacting with institutional investors, financial institutions, exchange boards, banks, and clearing/trading houses across the region.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality regarding high-value transactions and sensitive corporate matters.
Executive Representation & CSR
- Act as a trusted proxy for the Region CEO in high-level stakeholder engagements and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Coordinate seamlessly with regional executive assistant teams across North America and Asia to streamline governance and scheduling.
Qualifications
- MBA with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience, currently operating in a senior financial leadership capacity (e.g., Head of Finance or Costing) within a reputable, complex enterprise.
- Deep technical fluency in investment portfolios, market trading, and strategic financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and executive presence required to engage board members, investors, and financial institutions globally.
- Willingness to undertake frequent international travel (Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai) coupled with uncompromised integrity and confidentiality.
