Job Description
C-Suite Executive Search, a division of RBNC's CXO Search & Interim Services, is dedicated to recruiting top-tier professionals for positions with a minimum annual base salary of USD 250,000 at the global, regional, and local levels.
Our client is a multi-billion-dollar Cosmetic & Pharma company with three giant factories in China, Vietnam and Cambodia, with 11,000 employees. We are looking for a Chief Operation Officer (COO) based in Singapore, to oversee Southeast Asia Market
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with the organizational vision to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Ensure all stakeholders (Board, Management, staff) possess a clear and current understanding of the organization's direction and goals.
- Foster strong relationships with the Board, employees, and the broader community.
Financial Management & Resource Development
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies for sustainable revenue generation, including organic growth and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring prudent resource allocation and financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate key organizational risks through robust risk management processes.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, emphasizing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, management information systems, and ethical compliance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
People & Performance
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Foster a high-performance culture that values employee development and recognizes outstanding contributions.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Enhance the company's brand equity through customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international communities.
Reporting & Accountability
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Board of Directors and shareholders on the company's financial and operational performance.
- Guide and oversee company planning and policy-making committees.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of domestic and international operations.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans with a demonstrated track record of achieving business objectives.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including profitability, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to lead and manage organizational change initiatives, including transformations, process improvements, and cultural shifts.
- Expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
- Proven ability to formulate and implement effective policies, strategies, and procedures to drive business growth and success.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring sound financial stewardship.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead high-performing teams while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
