- Investment Stewardship: Directly assist the Board of Directors with the oversight, execution, and administration of equities, proprietary trading, stock options, and global asset portfolios.
- Institutional Liaison: Act as the primary, authoritative point of contact for external financial ecosystems, including institutional investors, investment banks, regulatory exchange boards, clearinghouses, and global financial institutions.
2. Advanced Analytics & Strategic Forecasting

- Sustainability & CSR: Represent the Board of Directors and the founding family in high-level engagements with global business partners regarding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG initiatives.
4. Governance & Trust
- Fiduciary Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion and flawless ethical standards regarding market-sensitive transactions, proprietary trade data, and private family office matters.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Academic Credentials: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier global business school.
- Tenure: 20+ years of progressive professional experience within highly reputable multinational conglomerates or prestigious family offices.
- Current Functional Rank: Must currently hold a senior financial leadership role, such as Head of Finance, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or Head of Corporate Costing/FP&A.
Executive Competencies
- Capital Markets Literacy: Deep, practical knowledge of global securities trading, compliance, and wealth management frameworks across Europe and Asia.
- Influence & Diplomacy: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills, with the gravitas required to interface with institutional stakeholders and UHNW principals.
