Job Description
One of the Most Powerful Person in the Office: Executive Assistant to Top Management offers a big impact on the organization. RBNC only provides Excellent Experience Candidates in all sectors with a base salary of at least USD100,000 per annum, operating at a global, regional or local level.
Acting as a critical strategic partner to the Group CEO of a premier Vancouver-based family conglomerate, the Head of the CEO's Office occupies a pivotal role within the executive office. This is a high-impact leadership position designed for a seasoned professional capable of bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution.
The successful candidate will lead a global team of 23 Executive Assistants, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across all international markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Partner with the Group CEO to architect and execute organic and inorganic growth strategies across domestic and global markets.
- Evaluate "new age" business opportunities and adjacent market entries to ensure long-term portfolio diversification.
- Collaborate with the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to identify and vet Greenfield ventures, JVs, and strategic alliances.
2. Financial Stewardship & M&A Oversight
- Lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, including target identification, asset valuation, financing structure, and post-merger integration (PMI).
- Coordinate with the Group CFO on global fundraising initiatives, utilizing both traditional and innovative capital-raising structures to fuel expansion.
- Prepare, validate, and stress-test complex business plans and financial models.
3. Operational Leadership & Performance Management
- Direct and mentor a global team of 23 Executive Assistants, translating high-level corporate mandates into actionable local strategies.
- Work alongside the local Board of Directors (BOD) to analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to the CEO.
- Drive organizational transformation by identifying areas for change and implementing optimized financial and operating models.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a high-level liaison in credit approval forums and executive committees, facilitating communication between cross-functional leaders and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 25+ years of progressive experience within large-scale global corporations or family offices.
- Proven track record in international trade finance, complex deal structuring, and M&A implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Exceptional ability to maintain peak performance in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
