Our client, a leading Animal Healthcare company ranked among the top three in Vietnam, is seeking a candidate to assist the President in Key Account Management. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer-facing resource, driving account strategies and managing relationships essential for the technical and business success of the organization.
- Expand and strengthen partnerships within the poultry production industry, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively, while identifying and addressing unmet needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise on product applications, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities, leading them through the sales process to deliver valuable outcomes for both the customer and the organization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, present tailored solutions, and negotiate commercial proposals to achieve mutual goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams - including Technical Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Research - to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to customers.
- Leverage technical resources, reports, and troubleshooting skills to identify improvement opportunities that enhance customer operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, process efficiency, and reliability in all customer interactions and product applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, Agri-Business or related field of study combined with sales experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in selling to the poultry industry
- Must be an ambitious self-starter able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Must have the ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including Senior Management and key decision makers
- The candidate must be willing to travel at least 50% of their time
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to deal with ambiguity and function autonomously.
- Experience working with multi-functional teams serving customers.
- Strong computer skills
- Polished written and verbal communication skills.
