Our client, a distinguished Swiss family company in the luxury retail sector, is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Senior Executive Assistant to the Group CEO. Based in Vancouver, Canada, this pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing operations across the West Coast of the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing expert business analysis and managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships.
- Shape and support both the short-term and long-term vision of the company.
- Influence key leaders to ensure successful execution of company initiatives.
- Operate at the highest levels of the organization, leading high-impact decision-making.
- Lead and contribute to complex, high-speed projects of great importance.
- Drive both strategic and operational initiatives forward.
- Orchestrate effective coordination between corporate functions and operating businesses to provide the CEO with timely information and critical assistance.
- Continually analyze and interpret the broader economic and business environment.
Qualifications
- MBA with 20+ years of relevant experience in managing a medium-sized corporation (revenue of $250 million+ USD).
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven capacity to lead discussions and credit approval forums involving senior stakeholders from diverse functions and global regions.
