  • Actively participate in new business development initiatives by partnering with the CEO and COO to identify new funding opportunities, draft prospective programmatic budgets, and assess the cost-effectiveness of new service delivery models.
  • Manage banking activities and ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's operational needs.
  • Cultivate and foster relationships with key stakeholders, and assist in the development and negotiation of major contracts.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with the Board of Directors, executive management, and external partners.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on financial metrics and performance, and a comprehensive understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
  • A solid understanding of business development and sales strategies, with experience in a collaborative, cross-functional leadership environment.
